Age-Appropriate Coaching & Match Play

We offer tailored coaching for girls from School Year 6 (Under 11) to School Year 11 (Under 16), ensuring each player gets the right level of challenge and support. As skills grow, so do opportunities—players can take part in friendly matches and competitions, putting their teamwork and training into action.
